The Small Teeth Portal: High in the Small Teeth Mountains in the south of Amn is a portal now controlled by the great blue wyrm Valraxaxath, it links directly to the Peaks of Flame in Chult, and has been altered to connect with other destinations outside of its original link to the swamp of Rethild.
